LP Energy Services Group multi-faceted chemical cleaning experience begins with industry best practices to engineer and execute the safest and highest performance chemical clean services in the world on some of the most complex projects. We utilizes a full array of specialized chemical cleaning equipment to safely and efficiently execute any type of chemical cleaning that your project requires. Our modular designs are ergonomically friendly and environmentally safe giving us the broadest band of capability at the lowest risk to your project. We use the highest standard chemical circulation hoses in the industry. Each hose is pressure tested prior to shipment and checked again on site prior to use. Temporary pipe spools are constructed to ASME B31.1 standards and all pipe spools are fabricated with ASME B16.5 weld neck flanges virtually eliminating the potential for leaks.
Chemical cleaning is a dynamic process requiring precise engineering inputs into highly developed detailed procedures from setup to break down to safely and effectively execute the cleaning service. Castle High Services utilizes all the design input such as process and instrumentation diagrams, isometrics drawings, vendor drawings and data sheets along with the system metallurgy and target contamination to generate a detailed top to bottom procedure. All client and vendor specifications guidelines are incorporated into the procedure then circuitry mechanics modeling is performed to ensure flow rates and velocities achieved during the fluid circulation will meet the cleaning specifications and that all of the design equipment will be meet the required standards to safely perform the cleaning
Chemical Cleaning services often require some amount of third-party equipment and services such as holding tanks, temporary steam generators, reverse osmosis trailers, waste profiling and disposal services. With LP Energy Services Group, our customers know that our suppliers are required to meet the same the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements that are part of the LP Energy Services Group Integrated Management System.
Are provided in number of processes and solutions:
Removal of organic material, oils and greases from boiler internals. Process involves injection of chemistry into boiler water, then direct firing of the boiler for heat generation.
Removal of organic material, oils and greases from piping, process equipment, and steam generating equipment. Process typically involves external flushing equipment and heat source.
Single volume process utilized to remove organic material, oil and greases, and iron followed by a passivation of cleaned surfaces. This can be done either by circulation or soak and rinse. Process typically involves external flushing equipment and heat source.
Single volume process utilized to remove organic material, oil and greases, iron, and mineral deposits followed by a passivation of cleaned surfaces. Process typically involves external flushing equipment and heat source.
Chemical solution is injected into a steam flow that carries the chemical compound throughout a system based on measured contact time. Once the contact time is achieved the chemical injection ceases and then a nitrogen injection begins the azeotropic drying process to passivate the system with no oxide exposure or contamination. This process is most effective on vessels and towers rather filling and circulating which greatly minimizes waste effluent.
Chemicals are injected into a system to absorb and inoculate dangerous gases from process systems while they are shut down for maintenance and prepared for potential entry and inspection.
Delivering trusted industrial solutions with a focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation. At LP Energy Services Group we exceed expectations by building lasting partnerships.
