LP Energy Services Group has designed specialized equipment

LP Energy Services Group has designed specialized equipment to perform high velocity turbulent flushing and filtration of lube oil and control oil systems commonly associated with critical rotating equipment and for large bore hot oil systems.  Effectively cleaning these systems is imperative as the lubricated components are operating under the most extreme conditions within precise tolerances designed to maximize the efficiency of the rotating equipment.  In this environment the oil itself can become a contaminant so it is imperative that these systems are cleaned to the highest specification possible using the highest velocities and turbulent flow possible in order to ensure the longest operating values on the rotating equipment.

Utilizing all design input such as process and instrumentation diagrams, isometrics, vendor drawings and data sheets along with the system metallurgy and target contamination to generate a detailed alpha and omega procedure.  All client and vendor specifications and guidelines are incorporated into the procedure then Incompressible Fluid modeling is performed to ensure flow rates and velocities achieved during the  circulation will meet the cleaning specifications and that all of the design equipment will be meet the required standards to safely perform the cleaning.  In order to ensure the shortest industry durations, our teams do not simply rely on the equipment, because often the level of contamination is unknown at the outset so our field execution personnel will use heating, vibrating, throttling and other proprietary techniques to aggressively attack, capture and remove particulates with the goal of reaching the required cleaning specification in seventy (72) hours or less.

Castle High Services uses oversized pumps and fine mesh filtration units

LP Energy Services Group uses oversized pumps and fine mesh filtration units to remove particles and debris during the high velocity flushing process.  As differential pressure drops lapse, sampling is taken to be analyzed by a means external calibrated laser particle counter.  LP Energy Services Group uses particle counters designed to meet ISO 4406 cleanliness classification code as well as the NAS 1638 code.  Once the cleanliness criteria is met the oil is sent to a independent lab for analyses and verification.
